Corona Virus Update
COVID-19 Policy
What are we doing to keep you, our staff and facilities safe?
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. We are taking proactive measures to help prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), or any other illness.
We are closely monitoring the all Federal, State and Local guidance by health authorities and will update our site as new information becomes available.
Cleaning and Disinfecting
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public areas every morning and evening.
We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean our facilities after each service with special attention paid to high touch items. (Including, but not limited to, doorknobs, light switches, arrangement rooms, seating areas and refreshment areas.)
Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. Our teams are reminded multiple times a day that cleanliness starts with this proper hand hygiene.
Additional hand sanitizer has been placed in public areas and at entrances.
Limiting Exposures
Employees who exhibit cold or flu-like symptoms have been instructed to stay home from work.
We request that guests who are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms including fever, cough and shortness of breath, or who has recently traveled outside of the area or have been in contact with someone who has, refrain from visiting our funeral home at this time.
To minimize direct contact, we ask that you consider avoiding shaking hands or physical contact with the members of the family you are here to visit.
All funeral and/or cremation arrangements can be made electronically using telephone, video conferencing, email and or online, without requiring a personal visit to our facility.
Recommendations of Health Authorities
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), make the following recommendations to minimize exposure to COVID-19:
As of 3/28/2020, Events over 10 people, please contact us before planning this event for the next 8 weeks. We recommend only immediate family members present for services, you may choose to postpone until further notice memorial services if more than 10 people are expected.
